Restoration Therapy

Restoration Therapy is exposure to visual scenes that rest the parts of the brain used in directing attention and making choices, while activating spontaneous attention (fascination). Results show restoration of direct attention and stress reduction. Science proves a walk in the woods or sitting on a beach are good for mental health. Similar effects come from even short exposure to a scene that draws your fascination, even looking at nature scenes or out your window.
